Each year, the University of Louisiana-Monroe creates the competition problem, which rotates between criminal and civil cases each year. The problem is to be used by high school teams at both the Regional and State level competitions. The team that advances to the national competition will receive a new problem from the National High School Mock Trial Competition.

The Louisiana Young Lawyers Division would like to thank the Members of the University of Louisiana-Monroe’s Mock Trial Team, under the direction of Kyle Moore and Bob Noel for their continuous contributions and support of Louisiana High School Mock Trial.
